Tzatziki

Notes: “clearly I’m on a greek kick”


Ingredients:

½ kilo yogurt

1 small cucumber

1 large spoon crushed garlic (this amount will be strong

1 large spoon wine vinegar

1 wine glass olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

Grate cucumbers and squeeze out the excess water. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
