Dolmas!

Notes: dolmas!!! stuffed vine leaves with rice
Ingredients:
64 vine leaves
2 cups of rice
1 large onion, sliced
1 large cup of spring onions
½ cup olive oil
½ cup dill
1 large spoon fresh spearmint
½ large spoon dry spearmint
½ cup of parsley
2 spoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
Step 1
Mix the rice, dill, onions, spearmint, olive oil, and parsley together.
Step 2
Lay 8 vine leaves per person and make sure that they overlap.
Step 3
Take small portions of the mixture, place on the leaves and roll into a fat sausage shape, tucking in the sides.
Step 4
Place the rolls into a cooking pot, top it with the plates and cover with water. Boil for approximately 45 minutes until cooked.
