A CUCUMBER A DAY and bonus tofu

Notes: these recipes come from my hero, logan, from @logansfewd. eat a cucumber a day.
Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
1 English cucumber
1–2 scallions
1 clove of grated garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2–1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of MSG (optional)
A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Process:
1. Slice cucumber into thin pieces into a medium container (i prefer using a mandolin and a deli quart container but you can use a mason jar and a knife or whatevs)
2. Add all other ingredients to the container.
3. SHAKE! I like to put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes but you can eat immediately!
bonus tofu

Ingredients:
1 package of Soft tofu
2 Tbs Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 Tbs Rice wine vinegar
Sprinkle of Msg
1 tsp Honey
1 Garlic clove grated
1 Green onion finely chopped
1 Tbs Korean chili flakes
1.5 Tbs Chili powder (gochugaru)
Process:
1. Score the top inch of the tofu to make a grid of tiny tofu towers (help how do i explain this)
2. Mix all other ingredients in a separate container (liquid measuring cup, mason jar, water cup, etc)
3. Pour sauce over tofu and make sure to get in the cracks!
