Almond Balls

Notes: the other best Christmas cookie ever


Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened but not melted

¼ cup sugar

1 ½ cup flour

1 cup of ground almonds (grind in food processor or blender)

1 teaspoon vanilla

Confectioners’ sugar for rolling

Process:

Step 1

Set oven to 300 degrees

Step 2

Cream the butter thoroughly in mixer.

Step 3

Add sugar, flour, almonds, and vanilla.

Step 4

Shape into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar.

Step 5

Bake 35 minutes.

Step 6

Roll in sugar again.
