Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

1 Graham cracker crust (you can buy or make with graham crackers and butter)

28 ounces of Sweetened condensed milk

1 cup Key lime juice

4 Egg yolks

Process:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Beat the egg yolks until light yellow and frothy

Step 3

Add lime juice and condensed milk and beat some more

Step 4

Pour into graham cracker crust

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center

Step 6

Cool on a wire rack and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days
