German Pancakes

Notes: This was Sunday morning breakfast when I was a kid. Another super easy one. The edges puff up and turn golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, or with fresh berries.
Ingredients:
2 eggs beaten
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
Small splash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup butter
Process:
Step 1
Set oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Mix eggs, flour, milk, vanilla, and salt with blender ot mixer.
Step 3
Melt butter in the pie pan. Pour batter over butter.
Step 4
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
